Because people have been asking if I could include the option of some 1:1 time, I have created:
3 x Spiritual Clinic sessions plus a quarterly hot seat session just for VIP members
Whilst there is direct access to me and live sessions as part of the programme where I support you, if you feel that you would like some additional 1:1 time with me throughout the year to support any area of your trance or trance channel development, then the VIP option is for you. Spiritual Clinics are 30 minute sessions and can be used, for example, to:
1: Review your sitting directly as you sit and be directed in the moment or
2: Discuss your trance or channel, areas of strength and areas to progress so you have specific and personal goals
3: Chat about any areas of personal development which would be useful
4: Identify where you want your trance/ trance channel to progress and how to support that
Please know that my commitment to your development and supporting that is absolutely part of the programme; some specific 1:1 time has been added as an optional extra as it has been a specific request.

About Nicola
Nicola is a mentor for Spirit and Soul, working with people to support soul confidence and supporting students and clients with professional trance develoopment.
Nicola started her development with Spirit in 2008, taking her first service for Sleaford Spiritualist Church in 2012. Nicola has been teaching mediumship development for ten years and trance development for eight.
She holds a Certificate in Education from Huddersfield University and was awarded the Gordon Higginson Memorial Scholarship by the SNU in 2016.
Nicola's passion for Spirit is within the development of trance mediumship because she believes it is our closest connection, our most rewarding commitment and it truly enables and empowers the energy and voice of Spirit within, and through, life.

Is Ten Minute Trance Right for You?
Ten Minute Trance is a monthly membership with video tutorials, theory and live sessions. There is no tie in and you can leave at any time by just giving 14 days notice. At this point in time, it also includes The Complete Trance Channel (which starts in January) and the opportunity to work through a certfication process.

FAQ
The key things you need to know
What is the investment?
The programme is £33/month and funds are taken automatically on a monthly basis when signing up. You can also choose to commit to an annual membership which is £330 for the year and saves you £66.00.
In effect, with an annual investment, you get two months free. Your investment remains the same for the entire time you are in the programme with the monthly investment averaging the price of a weekly development group.
The VIP option, which includes 1:1 sessions with me is £44/month or £440/year.
What does the VIP option include?
The VIP option includes 3 x 1:1 Spiritual Clinic sessions with me over zoom as well as quarterly hotseat sessions with other VIP members. Please note these sessions are not spiritual assessments, but can be used as an opportunity for me to review your sitting, for us to look at your strengths, challenges and how to progress your trance, or to review where you ideally want your trance to go and how to best support that.
They are sessions for you to utilise my knowledge and experience directly and in a more private way than through the live group sessions.
Spiritual Clinics are 30 minute sessions, spaced throughout the year.
When can I book my VIP sessions?
You can book the time with me as soon as you join but I would advise your first session be taken after you have been in TMT for a short while; this gives you some time to work with the programme before our first session, enabling me to view your trance and gain a feel for your work to make the most of the session and then gives us the opportunity to develop and progress between sessions (sessions to be spaced through the programme).
What happens if I want to leave?
There is no tie-in contract so you can leave at any time - just let me have 14 days' notice. You will still have access to the membership portal and the facebook group for the remainder of your paid-for period. If you do leave but then wish to rejoin at a later date, the investment applicable will be whatever the fee is at the time of rejoining however.
If it's not right for me do you offer a refund?
I don't offer a refund because this is a rolling programme and you can cancel at any time. Should you choose to commit annually, then you will have access for the full year. If you are unsure about whether the programme is right for you, I would suggest you join on a monthly basis.
How will I know if this is the right programme for me?
If you want to progress your trance development then this programme will definitely support that. As it is an online programme with the live sessions over zoom, if you are not comfortable working online then it may not be what you are looking for.
As it is a monthly membership programme there is no tie in, so if you feel it doesn't support your development in the way you expected, then you can leave at any time. Does it support all levels of development?
Yes it does. The basics remain the same - the difference is that you refine your attunement and your trance/ trance channel, and relationship with Spirit, deepens.
If you are new to trance work then this programme will support you achieving the right foundations in the beginning and encourage your progress as you build on those.
If you already sit for trance or channelling, the programme will refine your attunemnt and enable a progression and a greater understanding as well as supporting you to move through limitations.
If you are fairly well developed, then TMT will refine that further and 'polish' your sitting, demonstrating and channelling so that you feel confident to work professionally.
How structured is the programme?
Ten Minute Trance is relatively fluid and we work at a variety of levels and in a variety of ways.
The Complete Trance Channel will be more structured with a specific area of focus and development each month, building on that with awareness of different energies as we move through the programme.
Is everything online?
Yes. The membership portal which will hold all of the resources is in Kartra and the community aspect will be in facebook. The live sessions will be hosted in zoom with replays put in the membership portal afterward. I offer some in person days but these are not a confirmed part of Ten Minute Trance.
When does the programme start?
The membership portal is already populated with a host of information so you can dive right in! There is no 'start' date as such as it is a rolling development programme rather than a structured course.
The Complete Trance Channel will begin in mid January.
When will the live zoom sessions take place?
Ten Minute Trance currently offers four live sessions a month which rotate between a Monday evening, Tuesday morning, Wednesday evening and a Saturday morning.
Once the Complete Trance Channel starts in January, TMT sessions may move to 3 per month (depending on need) and the aim is there will be 3 Complete Trance Channel sessions per month.
There is no requirement to attend all live sessions; the variety of days however, should mean that you are able to attend at least one, and hopefully two, per month. You are always welcome to attend as many as you are able to.
Do I have to attend the live sessions?
No, you don't have to but if you can attend some that will benefit you because you will have direct, live access to me for questions and also for sitting. The Q&A/ Discussion aspect of the live sessions will be uploaded into the portal afterwards so you don't miss any questions etc. You will always be able to ask questions through the facebook group as well.
How long will it take me to develop?
Everyone's development is personal; some people develop really quickly and others take longer. It depends on you as an individual and your attunement to Spirit and other energies as there will always be some energies which more naturally align to you. Ultimately, any development is ongoing and specific timeframes can't be given, but the more committed you are, generally the more progress you see within your development. As with anything, the more you put in, the more you get out!
Will the investment always remain the same?
Your investment will always remain the same for as long as you remain within Ten Minute Trance.
When doors open in 2024, there will be different levels of investment depending on whether you join Ten Minute Trance, the Complete Trance Channel or both - and also depending on whether you want to go through the trance certification process.
When does The Complete Trance Channel and the Certification Process Start?
The Complete Trance begins in mid January. By joining now you are accessing Ten Minute Trance immediately and will also have full access to both programmes once TCC start.
The Certification option will be available in late February or early March. Again, by joining now, you will be able to move through that with no additional fee as long as you remain a member of Ten Minute Trance until completion - approximately 16 weeks.
Are there other benefits to joining?
As a member of Ten Minute Trance, you will receive 25% off any trance workshops or trance retreats that I run and you receive a 15% discount if you choose to book at trance assessment or consultation with me. (the discount is only applicable whilst you are a member of Ten Minute Trance).
