About Nicola
Nicola Tonsager is the founder of Soul Signatures®, and helps people shed old layers, embrace their truth and align to a higher consciousness. Nic teaches self-love, -belief, -trust and purpose as a way of life, and supports you to make choices from confidence rather than fear, enabling your self-permission to break free from limitation and live with a fuller expression and sense of fulilment.
Nicola holds a Certificate of Education from Huddersfield University and is a Deep Structure NLP Coach Practitioner.
She has a 25 year background in energy, spirituality and holistic therapy, many of which she taught at practitioner level.
Nicola also taught for Lucis College, teaching to OCN Accreditation level and holds qualifications in Crystal Therapy, EFT, Reiki Master Teacher, Essence Therapy and Sound Healing, amongst others.

When does the Certification start?
The Certification starts with some pre-work from Wednesday 8th October (it's open to join until 5th October), with the first live training call on Wednesday 15th October. Our weekly calls run through to Wednesday 25th March 2026, with a break over Christmas and New Year.
Call times are 7pm to 830pm and these will be recorded.
Coaching calls will be arranged by our coach, Nicky Marshall and your 1:1 sessions with Nicola will be booked at a mutually convenient time.
If you are upgrading to work exclusively 1:1 with me then our training sessions can be arranged with mutual convenience, as your sessions with Nicky will also be 1:1 and can be arranged directly with her.
Why join now?
You will be among some of the very first people in the world to offer Soul Signatures®, enabling you to offer something totally unique as part of your business and you'll also be part of shaping how they evolve and rise.
You'll have access to the Soul Summit (21st and 22nd March 2026) at cost - so simply what the venue charges me) and you'll also be able to shape and contribute to the Soul Leadership Pathway, taking the Soul Signatures® deeper and looking at advanced practices and business matrix.
What is the VIP option?
The VIP option is a option to work exclusively 1:1 - both with me within your initial Certification training but also 1:1 with our Certification coach and also 1:1 during the six months of the Soul Leadership Pathway.
I know time is precious, so working 1:1 gives you the option to train with me at a time which is convenient to you; as we'll be working 1:1 the Certification length will be shorter - just 18 weeks. It's a way to maximise the impact and embodiment of Soul Signatures® in a way that works with your time, and diary.
Can I do the Certification just for me?
Yes, you absolutely can! It will be transformative for you and, because it is a certification, it is the most in-depth Soul Signatures® programme I offer.
Can I add it to my business at a later date?
Yes. Within 9 months, you can simply add it and start practicing. After 9 months, I do ask you to have a call with me to check whether anything needs refreshing.
And of course, you have the option to join any future cohorts to refresh your knowledge and learning as well.
If I need support afterward is there an option for that?
Absolutely. There will be an advanced mastery group open to alumni so that as the Soul Signatures® expand and evolve, you have access to ALL new information, guidance, resources and practices (your licence fee will cover this) - this is what the Soul Leadership Pathway will expand into and there will also be the option moving forward to train as a Master Ambassador.
What will I be certified to do with Soul Signatures®?
The Signatures are, inherently, energetic which means we all connect and intuit slightly differently - soul always meets us at our level of understanding and awareness.
So within the certification, you will be developing your own understanding of them and also developing your preferred ways of working with them.
You'll have the ability to offer the sessions for life and business (via understanding the Soul Signatures® profiling) as I do but you'll also be able to create and offer your own specific sessions. That might be simple sessions to running masterclasses or workshops.
However, the Certification will not enable you to teach Soul Signatures® to Certification level, nor will it enable you to transfer use of the registered trademark and associated assets to another person or for professional use by someone not certified.
What are the payment terms?
The cost of the Certification is £3500 or £7000 if you are upgrading to exclusive 1:1 training. This includes a year's license fee of £350 which starts upon your certification completion (so when you have completed training).
Payment plans of 10 or 12 months are offered as standard (please speak to me if you'd like to discuss alternative payment options)
Your place is secured via your initial monthly payment or full payment when joining.
What is the License fee for?
As Soul Signatures® are a registered trademark, the license fee ensures use of the trademark and its associated assets are appropriate and their integrity is upheld.
The license fee enables you to:
- use the registered trademark of Soul Signatures®
- use and access the original visual representation of the Soul Signatures®
- access to all resources and any updated resources/information/ visual representations as they emerge
- access to the Being Soul Confident book at cost price so it is available for you/ your clients as required (and also available for you to sell)
- access the card deck (should you wish to) at cost price so it is available for you/ your clients as required (and also available for you to sell)
The first year's license fees is included in the cost of the certfication (this starts upon your qualification, not on the date that the the cerification finishes).
Upon the commencement of year 2 following your certification a license fee (currently £350/year or £35/month and this is the figure it will always remain for you) would be payable to continue to use/ access points 3-5 above (1 & 2 are always available to you as Soul Signatures® Ambassadors)
To be clear - you can absolutely certify in Soul Signatures® and choose not to pay the annual license fee when it becomes applicable in year 2 - you will still have access to all your training materials and be able to use the registered trademark of Soul Signatures® and continue to use the original visual representations. However, the license fee enables me to continue to support you with ongoing training and development at a very reasonable investment and with the ability to purchase assets at cost.
It sounds like alot to learn and take in!
There is a lot of information; you do have to commit time and energy, as well as investing financially.
However, once through Certification, you are able to attend any future cohorts at no cost to revisit any aspect or to take your knowledge deeper, which has proved incredibly valuable to students from Cohort 1 who have sat in on sessions from Cohort 2 enabling them to deepen and refine their knowledge and expertise.
Is there any financial flexibility?
In terms of the actual investment - no, as I have to be fair to everyone.
Currently, as standard, there are 10 and 12 month payment options but I am happy to chat about how we can make it work for you if the Certification is absolutely right for you, such as an extended payment option for instance, or a larger payment upfront and smaller monthly payments.
This being said, if it just isn't financially viable for you, I do not in any way encourage taking out finance to cover the cost.
Who is the Certification not for?
The certification is not right for you if you:
- want to just tick a box to practice
- do not want to embody the Soul Signatures®
- are not prepared to take action to shift and allow change
- want quick rather than sustained transformation
