FAQ and T&Cs
When does Being Soul Confident start?
The Being Soul Confident Journey starts on 7th October (Monday) with our first welcome call and our first Signature call will be on Monday 14th October.
How does it work?
There will be 2 monthly zoom calls - the first will be to look at the monthly Soul Signature with the second call as a coaching/ mentoring call.
The initial monthly call around the Soul Signature will be recorded; the coaching call will be recorded initially, however this may change depending on what is discussed on the call and Nicola reserves the right not to record the coaching call if she deems it more appropriate not to.
During October and November, we'll be looking at your personal Foundation Soul Signature Activation and your Leading Soul Signature Activation respectively and in December we'll be working with the 2025 Annual Soul Signature - this ensures that you get a deeper connection with the Soul Signatures® for you personally.
From January to November, we'll work with a different Soul Signature - starting with Initiation and ending with Devotion. In December 2025, we'll work with the 2026 Annual Signature so you're ready to lead with soul in the way you want to for 2026!
Resources will be shared to support working with the Signatures, there will be a membership area - and you can choose which of these you want to work with - you will probably find you work with more resources some months than you do others.
Call times: our welcome call will be at 7pm on Monday 7th October with our first proper call on 14th October 7pm (with the first Monday of the month as the Soul Signature call); group coaching call days/times will be determined when we start to ensure everyone can access and attend.
Is there is fixed start and end?
Being Soul Confident starts in October - there will be certain opportunities to join made available until mid-December at which point it will be a closed programme, so that we can work through each of the individual Soul Signatures® together as a whole collective.
However, although you can join after 4th October, the fee from 5th October will be £97/month or £1164 if you pay in full. It is still a 15-month commitment as you'll have access to the resources from October and November should you join in December for instance.
There will be the option after the initial 15 months to carry on supporting your development and alignment if you choose, through working with the monthly Soul Signature - moving deeper, aligning more and embodying greater truth and transformation. Your initial commitment is for 15 months.
Is this suitable for Business?
The Being Soul Confident Journey is a personal spiritual/ soul development and is not aimed at your business. However, there will be aspects you can translate across, but this is not a business-based experience as such.
How does this differ from the Ambassador Certification?
The Soul Signatures® Ambassador Certification takes you through understanding the signatures personally and professionally in amazing depth, and then works with you to create your own framework for them so that you can add them to your business and work with your clients with Soul Signatures®, taking them forward in a way which both enables you and them to evolve.
This experience - The Being Soul Confident Journey - will not enable you to work professionally with Soul Signatures® with other people; it is purely for your growth, development and alignment.
What is the difference with VIP?
The VIP option gives you 1: 1 hour with Nicola each month via zoom. This can be used for coaching, intuitive guidance, energy work etc.
It provides the opportunity to work more deeply with Nicola outside of a group setting and benefit from tailored, personal support.
What is Being Soul Confident?
The Being Soul Confident Journey is a monthly membership programme with an initial 15 month commitment.
The first 3 months work will be focussed around your foundation, leading and annual Signatures, and then from January 2025 we'll work with all eleven Soul Signatures® in order, deepening your connection and understanding of yourself and soul and enabling a progressive development, completing the 15 months with work around the 2026 annual Soul Signature.
After the initial 15 months, there will be an opportunity to continue to work with the Soul Signatures® and more will be shared about this near the end of the initial Being Soul Confident programme.
Do I have to be energetically or spiritually aware?
No you don't! - We'll be working with both practical and energetic tools and resources as we are a whole being and we need both. You will find that you'll develop more energy and spiritual awareness as we move through Being Soul Confident but you don't need to be energetically/ spiritually aware to benefit at the start.
Are there bonuses for joining before 4th October?
Not as such, no! Nicola doesn't want you to join because of the bonus - she wants you to join because you want to dive in, connect more deeply with who you are, build your trust and confidence and rock your life, your way!
However, the cost of Being Soul Confident will rise for joining after September to £97/month or £1164 pay in full so in joining by 4th October you do secure a lower investment for the 15 months (and beyond if you want to continue)
How is payment made?
If you are paying in full, payment is taken when you sign up; should you wish to continue after 15 months, you will have the option to rejoin.
If you are paying monthly, payment is taken automatically each month each month, continuing until all 15 monthly payments have been taken.
How do I cancel participation?
Being Soul Confident is a 15-month commitment. In paying monthly, you are committed to 15 monthly payments.
By paying in full you save £228 - no refunds are given if you pay in full and then do not participate.
After the initial 15 months, there will be the option to continue in a future programme with just a monthly rolling commitment should you wish to.
What are the terms and conditions?
Being Soul Confident is a group experience on the monthly or annual payment basis with a minimum 15 month commitment for both standard and VIP.
The payment system is automated and will automatically take payment; should a payment not be made: you are liable for that monthly payment if you have not given notice to withdraw; you are committed to fifteen monthly payments in all cases when choosing to pay monthly.
There are no refunds made.
All zoom sessions will be arranged in good time and all resources shared via the membership area - it is up to you to participate, both in calls and in the suggested work to benefit from Being Soul Confident.
There are no alternatives given for being unable to attend the live calls or for not attending the 1:1 calls with Nicola if you are on the VIP option.
